Social Media. Took VEI's existing brand and sharpened it. Consistent post design, a monthly calendar, and original copy written for the people who actually sign the contracts. In March 2026: Facebook pulled 9,931 views and 3,324 unique viewers, with 74.3% of reach coming from outside the follower base. LinkedIn hit 2,877 impressions and 164 reactions across 12 posts. Organic. No paid spend.

LeadershipLab. Built and manages an ongoing thought leadership program for VEI's owner, Dan Shepherd, on LinkedIn. Original content drawn from his 30 years in the industry. In April 2026, his personal profile generated 38,448 impressions, reached 28,274 members, and added 28 new followers. Decision-makers don't just follow companies. They follow people they trust.

B2B Outbound (DOME). Launched two targeted outbound campaigns. Education targeted school operations and safety leaders on radio coverage validation: 407 messages sent, 64.4% open rate, more than double the cold B2B benchmark. 44.5% click rate, nearly 10x industry average. Manufacturing followed with the same infrastructure. The pipeline is full. The conversations are VEI's to close.

Website Audit. Delivered a full technical and SEO audit of veicomm.com and handed it off to the VEI team with a clear roadmap. Mobile performance score: 27. Load time: 7.7 seconds.
